A very good business decision. With the loss of Rileys Sport Bar which appeared to be popular, after the chain hit administration, and since becoming offices for a regional professional firm... taking over as a pool & snooker venue seems more sensible than bowling ever was!

Is this going to be an American themed place again? Snooker is very British, seems to be a little wishy-washy on focus (nothing to state the American theme however) as surely it would be "Bears 8-Ball American Pool".

Great IS headline.... Surely "Date for for re-opening", would be better than "Opening date set for reopening". so clumsy...

Don't be too harsh, it falls under some significant remit criteria...
    • It is in Suffolk
    • It is within the Ipswich urban area
    • It is within the Ipswich borough
    • It is categorised as at the Ipswich Waterfront!
Full marks for the Ipswich Star! Just not for the journalism...

The above photo is all I could find - no hints of what it is going to look like in just two days time.

I don't follow the Bears identity, why? Bears Bowling... or formally "Bear's Boutique Bowling" blatant consonance... but Bears Pool & Snooker? Just waiting for snooker & pool to be offered in the Buttermarket Centre now... :D
