how odd, we were talking about how disgusting dog bins can get whilst walking through one of our lovely parks yesterday. We agreed they should all be removed, but only because we thought it should be the responsibility the dog owner to take it home with them for disposal and not make the place stink by chucking it in a bin!
So why are our council not introducing recycling type bins then to separate the paper, tins, etc as you see elsewhere?

Have you seen the bins? There is the mandatory pictorial element of someone using a bin... then what is the "LITTER" text all about?!

You can then consider people who speak other languages, but a bin is a bin... It is obvious and bins are generally modular with only a handful of designs used across Europe and the World.

I am really angry of the lack of recycling option. This will be half full of plastic bottles, drink cans and paper based products that can be recycled... all going to be burned for toxic fumes for North West Ipswich to breathe in.
