Why would you declare the inability to ever achieve full capacity?! Not even once?

So going from 1000sqm to 948sqm apparently and still keeping the 336 covers, 25 full time jobs and 20 part time jobs.

The Mighty Rhino, obviously not quite so mighty. Being pretty safe, they might just regret losing that side frontage but maybe they have planned it perfectly. As I understand it, it will be one of those Chinese buffets but with other countries dishes thrown in... The location is pretty poor, the Wolsey Theatre has quite limited capacity compared to The Regent and there is nothing up that part of town. I think they might well struggle competing with Norwich Road, Buttermarket Centre, Cardinal Park, The Saints etc. This said if it is the Poundland of eatries... it will be really popular and do well.
