its kind of a shame the show doesn't acknowledge its set in Suffolk, they seem to have it in Essex for some reason. Its a great advert for the Suffolk countryside, although maybe with that and Ed Sheeran Framlingham would start to get too crowded! (if its not already) Not to mention its one of the few things that'd been on in the last few years worth giving up half an hour to watch, we've even watched some recent iplayer repeats! Its got such a great feel to it..

I thought it was too good to be true. Annoys me when they pretend a place is in a different location.

the pub they usually go in is the one at top of Fram next to the castle, they often walk past Fram church, the very pretty small church featured a lot in series two is near Hadleigh, so a lot of the filming for that series was in a field near hadleigh, the place the other bloke works is Bentwaters Parks amongst the potato sheds.. can't recall anymore of hand, but all Suffolk somewhere....

I haven't watched it but it is sad when we aren't talking about distorting a "border village" or a sole location. It is good for movie trivia but if it was more open about the actual location it would boost the tourism economy more.
